Distinctive Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with good rim singing

7538 Distinctive Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with good rim singing

1. Best S 7 Small Medium High Mallet single tap.
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick leather then wood

Unusual rounded singing bowl, a Thadobati and Remuna mix a mix of dark and multi-colored patina. It has copper sparkles inside. A fluttering main tone is overtaken by a sharp high which burns brightly for a few seconds and then leaves the stage for the bass. Longevity is fair, harmony good. The bass can be played nicely with leather, proper technique is to tap the bowl first then spin the belly. Wood comes up easily for the overtone. With overtone at G#6.
