Glowing deep mirror polished super extra thick Thadobati bowl with amazing clear etching all around. A stunning piece. A pound and a half is a lot for such a small bowl, the concentrated weight contributing to its power and resonance. Warbling high pitched soundscape, harmonious in its own right. A singing fundamental is strongest accompanied by an almost 7th octave overtone. Longevity is fair. Rim play is all wood and a bit of an effort. Fundamental with a basic stick and overtone, after some effort, with a tiny purple amaranth wand. With overtone at G#6.
