Large thick Thadobati with very worn artwork and an inner facing rim. The bowl has thick very green patina. In order for the bowl to be played off the rim I had to buff some of it off, a necessary repair I’ve marked the bowl down for.
Active and fluttering soundscape very close to a flat middle C. The overtone pulses faster, while the fundamental note more slowly moves below. Quite good harmony and longevity.
Great rim play – the fix really worked. Nice and smooth for both bass and overtone with leather. Excellent rim longevity, can be spun to intense volume. Marked down for the bits of shiny metal where I buffed it. If they really bothered you there is whole half of the bowl that is untouched in original condition.. With overtones at F#5, F6, C7.
