4745 Adorned Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a lively musical start #4745
1. Best L 4 Large Low Mallet single tap. |
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick leather low then overtone followed by FP Tulipwood Wand |
Large Thadobati with bold clear inner circles. The artist probably used the same technique outside but it has mostly been work away. Lively and complex musical start simplifies over time to a fairly solid fundamental note and an active overtone. Fine longevity and harmony. Fine rim play. Bass is a bit muted, a function of its solidity. The overtone comes across nicely with leather, overtones really jump put with the tiny wand. With overtones at D#5, C#6, A6, D#7. Perfect A3 – 220 Hz.
