Exceptional Rare Trapezoid Singing Bowl with super high mix of tones #72003

72003 Exceptional Rare Trapezoid Singing Bowl with super high mix of tones #72003

1. Best S 9 Small Very High Mallet single tap.
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick wood followed by FP Massive Yew Wand

Small thick trapezoid with significant wear yet clear extensive artwork and original patina. It is has the coveted feature of an extremely broad rim. The bowl has a long inscription outside, something add much after the original crafting of the bowl. It is very rare to see an inscription on a bowl like this. Bright super high pitched trapezoid, a mix of a 7th octave overtone and 5th octave fundaments. Really sweet sound with premium harmony. Sustain is only fair, more a bowl for multiple taps. With some effort a basic stick can play the fundamental off the rim. The massive yew wand is the smoothest and easiest for rim play. Rated exceptional. A rare classic trapezoid, thick, worn with inscription and a very high tone. With overtone at C#7.
