Thick Antique Trapezoid Singing Bowl with intense super high #72013

1. Best S 9 Small Very High Mallet single taps.
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick wood

Small thick trapezoid with a rare inscription added much later in the bowl’s life. The exterior and rim is worn smooth and on that surface the inscription was added. Inside is a clear worn set of circles. The patina is consistent, flawless really. A great example of this uncommon bowl style. Super high fundamental tone with an even higher overtone that play together throughout the short sustain. There is a nice pure intensity to the sound. Basic wood play is all the rim has to offer, much more a mallet bowl. With overtones at A#6, G#7.
