This old Ultabati has multi-colored dark green and red patina. Any interior artwork on this bowl is long gone. Solid deep tone, not much activity to get in the way of the low frequency. Sustain is just ok, harmony is very good. Fine leather stick play, the deep bass can be played well off the rim of the bowl. Leather can also play the next two overtones which in the case of this bowl are both C notes, Middle C and the C5 above. With overtones at C4, C5, G5. Overtone: Middle C – A432 Scale – 256 Hz.
