Rare extra thick Ultabati finely shaped with creamy external patina. The bowl has hammermarks and a bit of curve defining etching.
Very solid bass under a fluttering overtone. The solid fundamental tone continues along with the overtone to the end of the outstanding sustain.
Excellent leather rim play, the heavy bowl makes contact easier. Both bass and overtone spin well even with some exterior unevenness on the rim, , no need for wood. Fine rim sustain for the overtone. A rare extra thick Ultabati, beautiful piece, rated exceptional. With overtones at F#4, D6.
