Ultabati with handsome even external patina. The color is a rich brown with wear accentuating the prominent hammermarks. The etching is clear, peering through the patina.
Overtone centric soundscape, the deep 110 Hz main tone is a soft yet clear background player. Very good harmony and sustain.
Maybe as compensation for the mallet soundscape the bass is very easy to play with leather. The overtone comes up strong and clean as well. Fine sound in a beautiful package.. With overtone at D#4. Perfect A2 – 110 Hz.
