Smaller Ultabati “only” 7 1/2 inches which is polished bright from traditional use. There is some remaining etching outside, inside it is all gone.
Lively and active soundscape, much brighter than most Ultabati, with very good harmony and sustain.
Spectacular rim play, the pure deep bass comes out with leather. The more active pure overtone plays with leather. They both spin up to volume fast and smooth. Wood off the rim is also smooth, spinning out overtones one and two.. With overtones at E4, E5. Perfect A2 – 110 Hz.
