Thick anvil shaped singing bowl With super high frequency sound #77072

1. Best L 8 Large High Mallet single taps.

Gracefully shaped and elaborately etched singing bowl in a shape reminiscent of an anvil. The bowl has a tight waist to offset a wide bottom and top. The bowl is incredibly thick with an outer facing rim etched with lines. The bowl has original patina. An incredible rare piece of singing bowl artistry.

Focused and very pure high frequency soundscape. There is an initial taste of a 7th octave overtone. Almost immediately the soundscape drops into its pure laser like sound. Great effect though not much longevity.

This is not a bowl to spin around the rim, too smooth, too pointed an edge. A great price for a super thick high frequency antique singing bowl. With overtone at F#7.
