Antique “Buddha” Singing Bowl with resonant evocative timbre #77114

1. Best L 6 Large Medium Mallet single tap.
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick leather

Large very old and worn “Buddha” bowl with the signature wide belly shape. The bowl has a very broad inner facing rim which is a difficult to craft feature antiques have that is often missing from new bowls marketed as Buddha. This bowl has the faintest traces of etching.

Resonant fluttering soundscape with a very special evocative timbre. Premium harmony, quite good longevity. This style bowl is very stable for mallet play due to its flat bottom and weight distribution.

Not really a bowl for stick play. You can tease a bit of sound out, really a bowl to strike and enjoy.. With overtone at C#6. Perfect A above Middle C – 440 Hz.
