Large Antique Jambati Singing Bowl with slow bass and peaceful highs #1863
1863 Large Antique Jambati Singing Bowl with slow bass and peaceful highs #1863
1. Best L1 Large Soft White Felt Mallet single tap. |
2. Rim Play: N105 XL Ringing Stick leather low then overtone followed by FP Massive Zebrawood Wand |
Heavy thin walled Jambati style with consistent original patina. The weight in this bowl is at the bass making it a very stable bowl for playing on a mat. Deep slowly pulsing bass and peaceful overtone become even more solid as the sustain goes on. Very good longevity. The tones sing together in premium harmony. While it is difficult to spin the pure bass the overtones come across strongly and easily, including second overtone mix with the massive wand. With overtones at C4, C5. Overtone: Middle C – A432 Scale – 256 Hz.
