Thick Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with smoky patina #7384
7384 Thick Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with smoky patina #7384
1. Best S 7 Small Medium High Mallet single tap. |
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick leather then wood followed by FP Tulipwood Wand |
Simple Thadobati, worn smooth inside with a bit of etching outside at the rim. The bowl has really nice smoky patina. Gently pulsing bass and spinning overtone to start out with. The sound quickly resolves to the fundamental note. Premium harmony, fairly good sustain. Nice easy rim play, the fundamental pulses clearly with leather, overtones bit more hesitantly with wood. You can use a wand for power but not much difference in tone. With overtones at D#6, D7, A7.
