To assemble a set like this start with 20,000 bowls. Cull out the best 1,000 or 5%. Ship the bowls to California. Take the bowls and lay them out by tone and by type. Then start playing them listening for relationships. Eventually assemble groups of bowls. Lay them out like strings of pearls, low to high, clusters close to the same frequency, meditative tone sequences. Make sure there are some extremely high end bowls anchoring the sound in places, be cognizant to include the full range of sub-styles for each bowl type. Then go off weigh, measure and label.

The set is priced at $222 a bowl. Individually priced the bowls would be much higher. There are a lot of big bowls in this set.
The labeling is really helpful, makes it easy to lay the bowls out and associate them. The set comes with full statistics for each bowl, same as all the individual bowls on this website.
I assembled one other set a couple of years ago, about the same size and price, and it is in the possession of one happy buyer ensconced in a space especially constructed to receive the set.
I have to say it takes a lot of time and energy to put something like this together. It also takes a special ear and eye. There is no bowl in this set that I did not first select over in Asia out of stacks of similar material. They each had to catch my ear and then, when assembling months later, they had to fit into a Gestalt.
Certainly feel free to call me about the set if you are seriously interested.
