Solfeggio singing bowls come in the frequencies of 174, 285, 396, 417 – 528, 639, 741 -852, 963 and 1074 Hz. A little singing bowl secret is that often Solfeggio frequencies are hidden as the first overtone. That note can be teased off the rim and then droned for as long as the bowl is spun. No antique singing bowls were made to sing at Solfeggio frequencies but the ones that do can be exquisite. Any style singing bowl can come in a Solfeggio frequency.
