Thick Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with high fluttering fundamental #7508

1. Best S 9 Small Very High Mallet single tap.
2 Medium Ringing Stick wood

Very old style circle pattern Thadobati with a crushed rim. The bowl is quite bright, almost polished, probably from use judging from the wear. Super high fluttering fundamental tone with a penetrating super high C7 overtone adding to the high frequency impact. Very good longevity for this old, rare style. Not much rim play, a fair amount of effort for not much sound. This is very much a bowl for the mallet strike, powerful and penetrating. With overtone at C7.
