Large Adorned Rajasthani Singing Bowl with soothing very deep bass #80302

80302 Large Adorned Rajasthani Singing Bowl with soothing very deep bass #80302

1. Best L1 Large Soft White Felt Mallet followed by L 2 single taps.
2. Rim Play: N103 Large Ringing Stick leather followed by FP Massive Yew Wand

Large old Rajasthani with a bottom shaped like a bit of a mound. The bowl has the usual elaborate interior artwork and a mixture of colorful patinas. Soothing very deep bass with a gently pulsing overtone in a balanced soundscape. A higher tone mallet more strongly plays the overtones for a rich bell lie sound. Quite a contrast!. Nice deep bass off the rim/side with leather wood sings out overtone rather well. A zebra wand is a bit brighter and Yew smoother. At a G this is as low as this style goes, great price for the sonic depth. With overtones at D#4, D5.
