Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with sharp art and steady sound #3403

1. Best L 4 Large Low Mallet single tap.
2. Rim Play: N104 XL Ringing Stick wood

Spectacular extra thick Bhutani style large Thadobati bowl. The bowl has a broad double incuse rim. There is a tremendous amount of original craftwork in this bowl including unique swirling patterns outside. The color is dark with a hint of green. Very smooth soundscape, the bowl hums along carried by the steady primary tone. In the background the overtone is subtle. It too could be heard as steady, though a deeper listen will reveal some activity. The fancy rim makes for a challenging stick bowl that you can get going after a bit of work. With overtone at C6.
