Extra Thick Large Thadobati worn smooth from much use but retaining quite a bit of the old artwork. The bowl has a deeply etched broad rim and the glow of one that has been cleaned during its long life. Fluttering high tone fundamental, almost at the top for this size and style, matched – at least initially – with an overtone. Good harmony and sustain. Spinning the rim is all about the fundamental tone. Faster and smoother uptake with the big hard zebrawood wand than a basic stick. No reason to try leather. With overtones at D6, C#7.
