Adorned Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with complex initial sound #7521

1. Best S 7 Small Medium High Mallet single tap.
2 Medium Ringing Stick wood followed by FP Tulipwood Wand

Incredible looking extra thick bowl, a real work of art. It has deeply etched lines and circles right around the bottom of the bowl. The outer rim is hand etched with dozens if not hundreds of individual forms. The bowl is well used, worn but the artwork is still clear. This bowl took a lot of time and skill to make. Powerful and complex initial soundscape that settles down to a gently fluttering main tone and a subtle steady high. Nice harmony, fair longevity. Rim play is a little rough, a conflict between art and function. Bass with simple wood, overtones with anything thinner. Overtone longevity is better than the main tone. With overtones at F#6, F7.
