Distinctive Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with high gentle flutter #7572
7572 Distinctive Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with high gentle flutter #7572
Rare double extra thick very old Thadobati with a very broad inner facing rim that has the feature of exterior compression or “crushed”. The bowl has three deeply etched rim lines and worn interior circles. A fine example of the oldest singing bowl art. Super high frequency bowl with an initial taste of overtone. The fundamental has a gentle flutter. Fair sustain, harmony is good. As is often the case with these super thick super high frequency bowls rim play is negligible. With overtone at E7.
