It pulses at the bass and sings on the highs. It sounds like more than one bowl. Sustain is good, very good for the style. Harmony is top end. Great rim play, especially for the style. Leather will spin the fundamental, richly textured with tastes of higher notes. To play the overtone, and I definitely recommend this if you go for this bowl, use the Vermillion massive wand.
