Large Antique Trapezoid Singing Bowl with an unusual sonic effect #72026
72026 Large Antique Trapezoid Singing Bowl with an unusual sonic effect #72026
1. Best L 4 Large Low Mallet single tap. |
2. Rim Play: N103 Large Ringing Stick leather followed by FP Massive Yew Wand |
Large Trapezoid style with lots of nice artwork inside and out and a broad outer facing rim. The bowl is just a tiny bit rounded looking. Transforming soundscape where the initial set of tones suddenly intensify accentuating higher notes. Unusual effect. The fluttering fundamental and solid overtone continue throughout the quite good sustain for the style/. Tap and spin works ok with leather and simple wood. The massive yew wand is the easiest way to stick play the bowl. With overtones at C6, F#6, B6.
