Spectacular looking large Ultabati with a bright mirror finish inside and around the outer rim contrasted by a rich black exterior. The bowl has very little wear. Rare super deep fundamental, just 73 Hz, that is a steady presence underneath a pulsing overtone. Over the course of the sustain the bass increases in relative intensity. Good internal harmony. The deep bass is an absolute pleasure to spin off the rim, easy to volume, deep and pure. Nice range of overtones also with leather, brighter with wood. Great bowl if you’re looking for the bottom of the scale. With overtones at G#3, G#4.
