4694 Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with an evenly pulsing woo-woo overtone #4694
1. Best L 4 Large Low Mallet single tap. |
2. Rim Play: N103 Large Ringing Stick leather low then overtone followed by FP Ebony Wand |
Large Thadobati, smooth to the touch from hand wear with tall walls. The bowl has brassy patina. Evenly pulsing woo-woo overtone, a complex pattern of sound and silence above a steady bass. The bass eventually takes over and is the strongest note. Very good sustain. Fine off the rim, that nice pure bass with leather, overtone also with leather or a big wand and even the intense next high with a tiny wand. With overtones at D5, C#6, A6.
