Tiny Thick Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with 5th octave power #7021
7021 Tiny Thick Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with 5th octave power #7021
1. Best S 7 Small Medium High Mallet single tap. |
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick wood followed by FP Tiny Yew Wand |
Solid thick Thadobati with clear extensive interior etching. The bowl is bright with interesting spider web like marks inside that could probably be buffed off but I wouldn’t for the character they add. Good 5th octave power with moderate activity. Sustain is fair, harmony good. Stick play is rudimentary, sort of main tone with wood, sort of overtone with a tiny wand. With overtones at F#6, F7.
