Polished Jambati, beautiful clean example of a worn older bowl with a smooth rim and a bit of remaining exterior etching. Premium harmony deep toned bowl with peaceful long slow oscillations, excellent for calming and relaxing uses. Spectacular longevity, it holds its volume extremely well. . Great rim play, excellent volume for the bass with leather, the two main overtones with leather also come up fine. The bowl has an extremely rare 528 Hz second overtone. You can hear it played with a simple wood stick, smaller than the one you would want to use for the main tones. Exceptional sound. With overtones at C#4, C5.
